For Australian community & compounding pharmacies
ServQueue lets pharmacy patients in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide drop a script, walk out, and come back when their phone tells them it's ready. No more clusters around the dispensary. No more “is mine done yet?” every five minutes.
Runs alongside Z Dispense, Minfos, Fred, LOTS · Setup in 5 min
Four scenarios, one tool
Patient hands a script over the counter, scans the QR, and walks out. They get an SMS when it's ready. No more clustering at the dispensary while they wait.
Multi-hour compounds don't need a patient sitting in your waiting area for two hours. Check them in, send updates via chat as the formulation progresses, SMS when collection is ready.
Six scripts come through the door in fifteen minutes. They each see their position. They each go grab a coffee or do their shopping. They each come back when their phone buzzes — not all at once.
Regular customer drops off a repeat. You message them when it's ready, attach the dosing instructions PDF, they walk in, pay, and leave. Counter time: 90 seconds.
Why pharmacies trust it
All data stored in Australia (AWS Sydney). We do not store dispensing information, drug names, or clinical notes — only contact details and queue status.
Works with Z Dispense, Minfos, Fred, LOTS — and any system that doesn't manage the customer-facing waiting experience. We don't replace your dispensary system; we sit beside it.
Patient names are never displayed publicly. The patient only sees their own position. The full queue is only visible to staff inside the dashboard.
SMS sent via ClickSend (Australian-founded). No per-message billing — SMS quota is included in the monthly plan.
Pricing
No setup fees. Cancel any time. Unlimited patient chat on every plan.
3 queues (e.g. dispensary, methadone, compounding) · 800 SMS / mo · file sharing
$129AUD/mo
StartLive chat with patients is free and unlimited on every plan. SMS quota is used for queue notifications and chat fallback texts only.
No. Dispensing software handles the clinical and inventory side — drug interactions, label printing, PBS, dosing. ServQueue handles the customer-facing flow on the counter side: "I've taken your script, I'll SMS you when it's ready, here's the queue position." Most pharmacies run both side by side.
No. ServQueue only stores the patient's name, phone number, and their position in your queue. Drug names, scripts, dosing — none of that touches our system. Anything you note in chat is up to you and the patient; we recommend keeping clinical details inside your dispensing software.
Reception can add any patient to the queue with one tap from the dashboard — name only is fine. They still get a position; a staff member can walk out and call them when it's ready. The system doesn't require the patient to have a phone, just like a paper list doesn't.
Yes. The chat supports photos and PDFs on Growth and Pro plans. Patients can send Medicare card photos, prescription photos for repeat queries, or photos of a previous medication. Useful for the "is this the same one I had last time?" conversation.
From $59 AUD/month (Basic) for a single counter. Most community pharmacies use Growth ($129) for multiple service lines — main dispensary, methadone, compounding — each as its own queue. Pro ($209) is for multi-store groups.
Under 5 minutes. Sign up, name your pharmacy, name your queues (e.g. "Dispensary", "Methadone", "Compounding"), and you get a QR code per queue. Print and put it at each counter. Live the same day.
