For Australian veterinary clinics & animal hospitals

Less stress in the waiting room.Less time on the phone.

ServQueue gives Australian vet clinics a digital walk-in queue, online bookings, owner chat with photo sharing, and pickup SMS — so the waiting room is calmer and reception isn't answering the same five questions all morning. Built for the way an Australian clinic actually runs.

Four scenarios, one tool

What ServQueue actually does in a vet clinic day

  1. 01

    Annual vaccination booking — phone-free

The owner of a dog due for their C5 booster books a 15-minute consult online at 10pm. Confirmation email lands instantly. Reminder fires 24 hours before. Reception didn't pick up the phone once.

  2. 02

    Walk-in with a sick cat

Owner arrives with a cat that's been off food for two days. They scan the QR at reception, join the walk-in queue, and message the nurse a photo of the cat's gums. The nurse sees it on the dashboard, flags it as priority, and slots them in front of the next routine consult.

  3. 03

    Surgery pickup at 4:30pm

A desexing surgery from this morning is recovering well. You SMS the owner that pickup is ready, attach the post-op care PDF, and they walk in to collect — no waiting at the counter, no awkward 'is this one ours?' moments.

  4. 04

    Saturday emergency triage

Four owners walk in within ten minutes — one with a vomiting dog, one for a routine nail clip, one for a script repeat, one with a snake bite. The nurse triages on the dashboard, calls the snake bite straight in, queues the others, and messages the nail-clip owner to come back in an hour.

Why vet clinics trust it

Four things that matter to a clinic team

Photo chat for triage

Owners can send a photo of a wound, a swallowed object, or the colour of their pet's gums — the nurse sees it on the dashboard before the animal is on the table. Speeds triage and reduces the 'is it urgent?' phone calls. Available on Growth and Pro plans.

Privacy Act 2024 compliant

All data stored in Australia (AWS Sydney). Pet owner contact details only — no clinical or treatment notes touch ServQueue. Your practice management software (RxWorks, ezyVet, Provet Cloud) keeps the medical record.

Runs alongside your PMS

Works alongside RxWorks, ezyVet, Provet Cloud and any other veterinary practice management software. We handle the front-of-house — bookings, triage queue, owner chat, pickup SMS — your PMS handles the rest.

Australian SMS gateway

SMS sent via ClickSend (Australian-founded). 'Your pet is ready' messages land instantly on Telstra, Optus, TPG. SMS quota is included in your plan — no per-message billing surprises.

Questions vet clinic owners ask

Will this replace our practice management system (RxWorks, ezyVet, Provet Cloud)?

No. Your PMS handles the clinical record, dispensing, billing, inventory and integrated diagnostics. ServQueue handles the customer-facing front of house — bookings, walk-in queue, owner chat, and pickup SMS. Most Australian vet clinics run both side by side and re-enter outcomes into the PMS at end of consult.

Can owners send us photos? E.g. a swollen paw or a swallowed object?

Yes, on Growth ($129) and Pro ($209) plans. Owners send photos through the same chat thread they use for queue updates. Nurses see them on the dashboard and can triage in advance — often saves a consult slot or escalates a routine appointment to emergency. PDFs work too for vaccination cards and import certificates.

Do you handle bookings for multi-vet clinics with different vets and rooms?

Bookings today are against the practice as a whole — you allocate vets and rooms manually from the dashboard. Per-vet calendars are on the roadmap for late 2026. For now, multi-vet clinics use service names like '30-min consult — small animal' and assign internally, or set up separate queues per vet using Growth's multi-queue support.

How does the walk-in triage queue work for emergencies?

The nurse adds the patient to the queue from the dashboard with a tap — or the owner self-scans the QR at reception. Each entry shows arrival time, presenting issue (free-text from owner), and any photos. The nurse can re-order the queue by dragging — emergencies jump to the top, the snake bite goes ahead of the nail clip. The displaced owners get an SMS update with their new wait time.

What does it cost end-to-end for a single-vet clinic?

Basic ($59) covers the walk-in queue, owner chat, SMS and TV display. Add Appointments ($39) to enable online bookings — total $98/month. Most clinics upgrade to Growth ($129) for photo chat with owners and 3 queues — total $168/month with Appointments. Pro ($209) for multi-clinic groups — $248/month all in.

How long does setup take?

Under 30 minutes for the queue side, under an hour if you're also setting up Appointments. Add your service types (consult, surgery pickup, vaccination, nail clip), set your hours, print QR codes for reception and the surgery pickup counter, and you're live the same day.
