ServQueue is queue management and virtual waiting room software made by Mindrift, an Australian company. We built it because the existing tools were US-built, priced in USD, and designed for enterprise — not for the café owner managing a Saturday brunch queue from their own phone.

Australian-built, Australian-hosted, Australian business hours support. SMS is sent through an Australian gateway — not routed through a US carrier. We're not a US product with an Australian price tag bolted on.
